Q: What format do you need the logos in?
    A: We like to have a vector file. This includes -.EPS, -.CDR, -.AI, -.PDF, PSD. If your format is not listed, please call and ask.

Q: Why do you ask for vector artwork instead of bitmap?
    A:Vector art allows us to change the colors to spot colors, eliminate colors, or add colors. It also prints using lines instead of pixels for a clearer, nicer image. The better tha artwork, the better the finished product looks.

Q: Do I have to order a minimum number of pieces when I embroider?
    A: Yes, you have to order at least one!! We do orders from 1 piece to hundreds.

Q: Do I have to order a minimum number of pieces when I screen print?
    A: We like to do 12 pieces on a design that is 2 or more colors.
